Listen, Connect, Invest

by admin on March 1, 2013

The Vision: Empowering people to live in alignment with their values in the areas of education, family, and community.

The Mission:

Listen | Taking my clients through a process of facilitated exercises and discussions, I help them to identify their core values as well as old values that may be presenting as challenges. True listening is a lost art and yet the foundation for attempting any endeavor.

Connect | Giving people the tools to create a transformative environment for addressing their personal lives or community issues begins to connect them to their values in a way that is meaningful.

Invest | Collaborating with clients to form expandable solutions that provide qualitative and measurable outcomes empowers individuals to invest in system level changes for their lives and communities. Investing in my clients means expecting great things from them.

Values | A life or community without defined values is like walking through a corn maze. A life without honoring and incorporating those values into your life or community is like being in a coma.

Change | Everything changes. You are empowered to be in charge of changes more than they are in charge of you or your community. Being the change agent allows you to anticipate and react more efficiently and gracefully when outside changes do occur.

Motivation | Motivation is a prerequisite for transforming any personal or community issue. I come to the table motivated and keep you motivated by measuring progress made and celebrating every step of the way.

Service | I strive to achieve a positive impact on your life or community and all that I do encompasses the concept of a service-mindset, which translates into demanding a lot of myself when working with you.

Leadership | I lead with my clients by seeing the bigger picture. I welcome the responsibility and accountability that go along with moving your vision into reality. I thrive on empowering you to find the level at which you are comfortable being a leader in your own life or community.

I have know Boadachia for 9 years in a professional capacity. She has been a fantastic help to me as I navigated a very difficult divorce and property settlement. She was always focussed on what I could do to change myself in relation to the situation. She was always very honest, tough-in a loving, caring way and incredibly consistent in her advice and tools tools. I have done a l;ot of work on myself, always guided by the wise, patient, loving counsel of Boadachia. I can not speak highly enough of her, she cares and would be a great assett to any program she is appointed to.

Boadachia has been my spiritual councelor for approximately 5 years now. Her wisdom and insights have helped me during the darkest moments of my life’s despair, (every year).
She offers me new found reasoning, just when I think all has been lost. I have come to understand the purpose of my life through her love and her joy.
I’ve learned to overcome my challenges and I look forward to embracing new opportunities now. I even get to share her wisdom with others that seek my wisdom!
Her down to earth approach comes directly from the ability to look at the situation share her wisdom and in a split second, she might tell me something that feels right, and then pains are wisked away! It is as simple as that, and she always heals me spritually.
I am forever grateful to have found her. Her understanding of today’s business world is so important to me because she can relate and empathize with me.
Boadachia, would be such an asset to have in any organization.
Love , love, love, her and I’d be willing to share her with the world anytime!
with love from New York,

I have known Boadachia from my work with BHS (Business Honoring Spirituality). We have also collaborated on the development of a business group to support women going through divorce and transition. She has provided the inspiration, direction and facilitation for this power educational and resource-based program.

Boadachia would be a wonderful addition to your team based on her strong ability to be organized, caring and creative in all business applications.

Boadachia is an amazing person and leader. She knows how to take her vision and produce results. She does this through her incredible assets of honesty and integrity and her skills of networking, drawing out enthusiam, and relationship building. She is able to build relationships that last a long time. I have known her for 10 years and still often seek her feedback on my personal and professional ideas. She help me to move forward and see how to make things work. I highly recommend her. She is a goldmine.

Boadachia is an energized and inspirational woman. She spoke to my organization Women, Wine, and Wellness in the fall of 2010, and she provided valuable content combined with a bit of fun and spirited wisdom. I recommend her for leadership and speaking in front of groups. She is a pleasure to hear and see!

I’ve known Boadachia for several years. She’s driven, high-energy and a person of great integrity. She’s a consummate professional but also a lot of fun! I believe she can succeed at anything she puts her mind on. And know that anyone who has the privilege to work with her will find her enthusiasm contagious! She’s a born leader and a compassionate team player. I’d welcome the opportunity to work with her in any capacity.
